App selected the wrong store, and we placed a $50 order for a store 45 miles away. Unable to cancel the order in the app. Called the store immediately, and they couldn't cancel it either. Completely ridiculous and INFURIATING. Only choice is to dispute the charge. Zero stars unless you order perfectly.

App is not set up well. Login using Facebook does not function properly, standard login process does not flow to checkout as nothing is remembered from full previous entry. During ordering process, the menu selection process is clunky and does not lead itself to easy use. After order selection is complete, the app requires you log in again dispite having logged in previously. Lastly the complete order button has no feedback or does not work at all. Immediate uninstall of app recommended.

Love the layout of this app. Super easy to use. Order, find a location, reward balance, recent purchase, refer a friend & account all at a touch of a button. I received a free reward for downloading & signing up. Cheeseburger Bobby's celebrates you on your birthday & anniversary. I love that Cheeseburger Bobby's cuts the fries fresh on site & cooks them for you. As well as freshly prepared items such as lettuce, onions, tomatoes & so much more for you to build your burger your way.

Just shows points and allows you to order. Doesn't show what points equate to and there is a bar at the top that probably means something but doesn't tell you what. And it is named "Bobby's" after download. Good luck remembering that.

Who has a rewards program that only works for carryout orders? That's beyond dumb. You should be able to order at the restaurant and then scan the app, like pretty much every other restaurant allows you to do.

I have ALWAYS had trouble trying to sign in and use this useless app! I just reset my password AGAIN and it still says I don't exist!!!! At least my other food apps work! Guess I will take my money there so I can at least earn loyalty rewards through them!

I have a registered account and I get emails from Cheeseburger Bobby's on my registered email but when I try to login on the app with that email it says "no registered guest". Can't login. App has some major problem.

Its... fine. Does what it needs to do. A few hitches here and there but nothing major. Wish it would remember me after my first login or atleast have fingerprint/face login.
