This latest update has made things much worse. There is no barcode to scan in-store. No way to place an order through the app. The app will open but when the "Order Now" button is pressed, it will open the menu but selecting anything, app immediately goes to the home page. No matter how many times I go through the process, it just loops back. Rewards have changed, not for the better. Birthdays used to receive a free sandwich, now you only get a discounted sandwich, not free. App is unusable.

This is the worst ordering app I've ever used. I had rewards I couldn't apply, it wouldn't scan my CC, and when I entered it with auto fill it screwed everything up, but the absolute worst part? IT AUTOMATICALLY ADDED A TIP. For effing TOGOS. An automatic tip for a freaking sandwich that I was going to pick up. Absolutely pathetic money grubbing corporation. What a horrible experience this was, and I'm definitely not wanting to do this again anytime soon. What a pathetic app and store.

You can't change anything. You select custome sauce but then it doesn't let you pick the sauce. You say you don't want it Togo's way but it doesn't let you remove the items you don't want. What's the point then?!

App is useless. Customizing anything is a nightmare. If I add cheese, it removes bacon. If I add the bacon back, the veggies change. Three's something wrong with this app.

There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the app to enter receipts for the rewards program. (The app wouldn't load at the restaurant.) The rewards FAQ page just comes up blank.

When selecting "favorites" and clicking "Order now" be careful to notice if it's delivery or pick-up. The app selected pick-up for me and I didn't have access to a car at the moment, so it was awkward. Besides that, the food is Amazing, the employees are nice. I highly recommend Togo's, it's become an addiction for me. The food is always delectable. I recommend the #32 with extra thousand island and onions added.

This app has potential, but falls short in a couple of areas. First, why can't you create and save a list of favorites without ordering? This is beyond dumb. Second, the Togo's Style customize needs a "No Veggies" option, because the person making the sandwich see's it as add everything when you want none. This has happened to me multiple times and I have to check the sandwich before I leave the store. This eliminates the convenience of ordering ahead.

Needs options. The app works well on my Pixel but there's a few things I don't like ,,, you can't pay in store and you can't adjust the toppings. Because of that ,,, it's a little clumsy to navigate because you expect additional windows for ordering and pricing that are not there. So, you have to go back and forth checking your order, description, etc. Needless to say, it is not for me because I like everything on me sub.
