Since the latest Android update app won't even open. Pointless to require driver's to use the app if it won't work

Every update makes this app worse than the previous version. Somebody needs to tell the idiots in IT Dept to leave it alone! IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!

App is garbage it did update now the boarder for scanning docs is all over the place and yes I have set correct didn't do this before this update

I have to pause multiple times while filling out detention forms because for whatever reason, this app reads me as driving when I'm sitting still with my parking brake on. Also, lately scanning trips has taken a bit longer because the app periodically takes pics before the image is in focus. This used to be a decent little app, but lately, I would rate it -5 stars if I could.

Paperwork scanning useless...using a galaxy note 20. When trying to scan paperwork, it will never focus. Have to use default camera app to take picture and then bring into this app. The app is clunky and abysmal to use. Crete pages hard for its drivers to use this app and personal devices to scan paperwork,the least they can do is fix the app where it doesn't take 10 minutes to scan a 1-2 page document. Last update was for Android 11 a year ago, sadly Android 12 is the current version out.

This used to be a very good app, but over the last few months, it constantly tells me that it's a blurry image, so I have to take multiple shots of most of the pages. I scanned 9 pages tonight, and it took approximately 25-30 scans to get the 9 pages done. This happens every time I scan paperwork, no matter how bright the light is, it even happens outside the truck in full daylight. A few times I've had to use my phone camera and then upload the pictures from my gallery.

A recent update seems to have removed the option to use the phone's camera app instead of the default one in the app, which does not produce readable images. So I can no longer use it for the only thing I did with it, send in trip reports. Back to truckstop scanning for me. Edit and update. They fixed that problem after a few weeks, but now all I see when trying to use the app is "An unexpected error occurred, please try later". Edit and update. Now the driver messaging part doesn't work.

Had this app for a few months and still can't use anything under the driver reports or the point letters. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, updated it but nothing helps. The only feature I am able to use without much issue is the driver messages. Devs need to really rework this entire app especially since we don't have much choice in using it.
