Had this cam for like 8 months it worked OK most of the times, many updates would disconnect the cam causing it to not work properly sometimes. Few days idk if it was cause of an update it did not work at all, it does not have any light or signs that is working it's like it died completely. Tried resetting, pressing the button and everything that can possibly make it work again but just seems like nothing works. The App has no solution other thn disconnecting it so it's what I did and nothing.

I just dont really see the point. I feel like I would be missing all the moments needed to capture anyways because You can only click on the app if you want live streaming, have to be lucky and click on at the right time to even see any cute moments. So I tried the payment plan and it still only records if sound/motion is detected. Tell me how I can "apparently" use the petcam with my rabbit when it doesnt even detect his movement and the sensor bar is on high🤦‍♀️

The audio drops out constantly. The video often freezes and wont reload. I have tried to sort these problems out with the support team but keep getting told they aren't having the same problems. I payed a subscription fee which is money wasted as I'm now having to return this camera to jb hifi.

The app has some great features. However, they deliberately make it difficult to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, you need to confirm multiple times. I thought I had unsubscribed but discovered I hadn't and was paying for features I didn't want. Very disappointing.

Cameras no longer take 30 second clips after most recent firmware update; instead they are short 8-12 second clips that barely capture what my pet is doing, with large gaps of time between so it is missing activity and you can't follow what's happening by watching these short clips back to back.

Possibly the worst tech product I've ever used. It functions as intended about 1/4 of the time on a good day, but normally buffers endlessly regardless of connection quality, claims to be offline when that is not the case, or gives a completely nondescript error message at every turn before disconnecting me from the video feed after 15 seconds. I dread using my petcube and have grown to loath it more than I thought possible. Don't attempt to use unless absolutely necessary, and expect failure.

Works as intended. Subscription seems reasonable. 1 star reduction because it claimed to want to setup motion detection as if it was just a setting. It was just a way to get you to look at subscriptions.
