I've used Piing for dry cleaning curtains, including pick up, delivery and installation. Their communication is abysmal and the quality of the service not great in my experience. I would not recommend it. Pick up was late. No notification of any sort. Delivery day and time was changed last minute without consulting me for availability. Delivery was pushed back 2 times by them, every time without any notification, I had to contact them and ask why it was not there. Final delivery was late.

First was attracted to the availability of an app to book for your laundry pick-up. And is available for pick-up & delivery islandwide. The app is detailed and very convenient. The payment methods offered in the app are also good. Only drawback is sometimes the timing is not so readily available. But, our family is quite satisfied with the app and the service of Piing so far.

They lost one of the items from my very first order, but it was found and delivered a week later. The app is not very easy to use, even registering as a new customer required going to the website, because the app would not take the registration process further after I entered my details. They claim to pick up the garments within 60 minutes, but in reality it takes a few hours. Then they claim to get them dry cleaned within 3 days, but the app only gives an option to return them within a week.

Been using this app for a few years. No issues with it till today. When prompted to choose a pickup date, none is offered on the page in the app! I have tried to log on/off, uninstalled/installed. All to no avail. Very disappointing user experience, especially for a long time user.

Interface is not easy to understand. Setting up addresses was difficult, as the location auto fill was inaccurate. And the address is not editable or delectable after saving. Credit card details cannot be removed after setting up. Options for laundry choices isn't so straightforward, could not find table cloth option within the price list.

I've been using Piing for a couple of years. As a consumer, I am willing to overlook minor glitches, I understand the volume and massive orders. However, a recent experience has forced me to write this review. I was grossly overcharged for items I sent for ironing. Once I wrote to them and has given photos as evidence, I was completely ghosted. There are no replies to my emails and when I used WhatsApp as an alternative to reach out to them, I was ghosted as well. Avoid Piing at all costs.

I think there's some issue with the app. And web page right now. I can't login at all. I tried using different phones to login and tried deleting the app and reinstalling already. But all doesn't seems to work..

Perfect! Was looking to clean my curtains and found them online.Pickup within a day via app . The guy who came over to pickup and deliver was extremely professional and friendly. He gave good advice on the benefits of dry clean vs laundry for curtains and gave me some tips on long term storage should I not want to use the curtains too. I hope to use their services again real soon.
