The app is easy to use and has a good selection of restaurants and when an order goes as planned works well. However, if you have an issue, there is no help available from Clyde Eats and you are relying on the takeaway fixing it and there is no way to report an issue with the takeaway. The option to add a review and to have some support from Clyde Eats would make the app a lot better.

I am a little shocked to discover that there is no mechanism to protect the user from fraud. I ordered something that was marked completed but never arrived. The restaurant never answered the call, and that is the only option you have to get help. The app itself has no help section or refund. I wanted to support the local app over bigger apps but not if anyone can just take my money for nothing.

Good idea but there is no way to cancel once an order has been accepted, no way to leave reviews, my food took over two hours to arrive when the app said it should be 70mins, once ordered that changed to two hours and I couldn't cancel, the restaurants portions where small for the price and all in all it was an unpleasant experience sadly and a waste of almost £13 on my part

You can place an order for pickup at a certain time and restaurant can randomly change time after they have taken your money. Surely a correct pickup time should be displayed before taking cash.

Easy to use and order food. Would be good to have a way to log complaints or late orders so others can view problem restaurants as complaining to them doesn't help.

Easy to use and good choice of restaurants but really needs the option to leave a review , e.g. when food is delivered over an hour and a half later than stated without even an apology when you call to query where your food is
