App was fine to begin with but recent experience has been appalling. First one was the confusing pre order service which allowed me to put in a order for the next day instead of the same day. OK fine I made a mistake but there's no option to cancel my order so I had to message the app guy in FB messenger. Next and most recent experience was that I placed an order which was marked as rejected but I never got a notification from the app and olny realised after waiting a whole hour and then checki

Works really well, easy to use and it's really good to know they don't charge the restaurants an arm and leg to use it. The only drawback is I can't seem to disable notifications - if that could be sorted, I'd give this five stars!!

It's awesome that we have a specific app for Dunfermline and it's simple and easy to use. Definitely worth downloading if you're living in Dunfermline. Especially as they are offering the small businesses a huge chance against the global "chains" as well as promotion of our wee town!

The apps good however, I've just placed my 1st order. The app seemed to suggest that I needed to order over 5gbp for free delivery. My order was 5.90 amd then once processed, a further 5gbp was detailed as delivery charge. Of this was made clear on the app and the business I'd looked at, then an order wouldn't be placed. Please make sure its very clear before ordering if theirs a ridiculous delivery fee. App good but needs work as improvements are still needed. Please advise!!

App crashes alot. Is there customer service? Is there an option for refund as order hasn't arrived and struggling to find a way around it since, shop isn't answering?

Great app runs so smoothly, been wanting an app that incorporated local businesses in to one, rather support local in these current times good to see so many on there, hopefully more will be added 5*
