1: It doesn't have the option to add jobs to my Google calendar. 2: I don't get sound notices on my phone when jobs pop up. 3: When cancelling a job you have to list a reason, and codes are so general they don't cover every possibility. This is unnecessary. This needs to be deleted, or at least an "other" reason code added.

It's been good so far and then a few months ago when I went to go put my unavailability the dates are "invisible" I can't see them. So I have to guess while I'm scrolling on the screen to put in the dates every time. The option is still there but I can no longer see the month, day, or year. The area is just blank, its like white on white not there! I've already reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing fixes it.

Does the basics but very poorly. Like it's an afterthought for PowerSchool. 1) No integration w/calendar software. Exporting an .ics file is a basic & expected function for scheduling. 2). Polling/updating Available jobs is manual. Should be able to auto update new/avail jobs every xx secs. 3) New job notifications to SMS don't work. See #2. 4) Filtering (location/category/etc) is completely unreliable. 5) X platform (app/web) integration is horrible as is the web app. Setting don't sync.

I've had nothing but problems with smartfind. The app sends job notifications late, so when I do finally get one the job has already been picked up by someone else. I have auto-accept set up but it hasn't worked once. I have to babysit the app and refresh it every 15 seconds to even have a hope of getting a job offer. Sometimes I will get a text message offer, but it's not a guarantee. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It shouldn't be this difficult to accept a supply job.

So far the app seems to be working okay. However, the option to download the attachment which is usually the sub plans never works and then when you go on the the actual website the sub plans aren't there. I tried looking into my settings and there's nothing there to adjust. Can you fix the issue of not being able to download an attachment from an android? Thanks!

Awful. You can't set specific alerts for schools or categories (like just secondary school, for example). You can barely filter anything, and it often resets when you try to scroll through positions. I wanted to be texted when a job was posted, but I just keep getting texts about already-posted jobs every few minutes. Words cannot express what a trash can this system is. USE FRONTLINE.

I cant minimize the system calling me. Then I end up blocking smart find and forgetting to unblock it. Very frustrating. I think I'm being penalized. Makes me anxious getting the calls while I'm subbing and being unable to adjust it. Message error the time has to be 5 hours away or it doesn't do it. A full day is more than that. I cant search more specifically for certain jobs. Sometimes I can't even see where jobs are that I have been requested for. Frustrating!

Terrible app. I get notifications by text but the jobs aren't available. Job button doesn't seem to work. Not sure if the page is refreshed when you press on available. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing has changed. I don't have a choice to use the app as that is what the employer uses.
