I love the concept of this app, and like many others, I was exposed to the program through work. My only complaint w/the program is this app - website works great. The three lines at the top of the app that, when you click them, shows you "My Health", "Challenges", etc, don't work for me-at least, not the Challenges link. It's completely dead, & nothing happens when I click it. This is unfortunate, b/c this means I am tied to my work computer, & can't really use the app like I'd like to.

Need this for the work wellness program. Can't actually create an account or log in to my existing account or link anything. Edit: got logged in! Crashes constantly. Doesn't appear to be any way to sync S Health, when it isn't crashing. edit2: crashes a ton, takes 3 apps to sync S health. Support is nonexistent. I'd give it a negative star if I could. Edit 3: still crashes every single time you try to view points. Doesn't count points either. Edit 4. App no longer crashes viewing points

This app does not sync with Garmin devices. The convoluted sync from 3rd party apps to Google fit back to preventioncloud is the recommended "workaround" but hasn't worked in months, in spite of much effort. This company rakes in a ton of cash from universities and other large clients but can't pay a skilled programmer one week or so to fix this problem? Absolutely ridiculous! Administrators signing these contracts should demand better results.

Excellent. Was able to track my steps through my personal tracker and show my progress through the activities. Was also able to create groups and have friendly competitions. I always knew where I was towards hitting both my activity and point goals.

It would be great if i could log in, but no. I keep being told it's a bad password, it sends me a reset email, I reset but the new password doesn't work either. Useless waste of my time

Downloaded this for company wellness program and this is one of the worst apps I've downloaded. Crashes alot, doesn't connect to Samsung health, claims to connect with Google fit but even that won't connect.

Very limited sync options, Google Fit integration is buggy and works inconsistently. Typically have to uninstall/reinstall the app to get it working again. Now it's stopped working completely.

Permissions are set correctly, but the app does not upload documents at all. Fails on PDF and image with no clear reason why. Why even bother.
