This app looks like some sort of a college project and not a professional work. Nothing appears on the homepage and the app keeps showing an error - "Invalid column name OTP1". Please fix this at the earliest.

It asks me to update. When i click on it, it takes me to playstore...but has only open and uninstall buttons. No update button!!! Need to fix this. Another issue is when i try to cancel the trip for a day. It throws a java parameter invalid error for the first time. I have to try again for it to work!!! Need to fix this as well.

Hi team, this is regarding the Commute App. After doing the recent app update through Play Store, I'm getting notification sound as "Wear a seat belt" that too after long time and that too at unwanted time. If it come at when I give OTP to the driver it wil be good, but I'm getting this Voice notification daily 12-15 times. That too while sleeping also.

This app arbitrarily marks no show. The reports are wrong and there is no support button available to provide feedback. The Track function is mostly down so this is not at all helpful. There should be an option available to enter OTP using your own cellphone instead of asking the driver to pass his phone.

App serves the purpose. Only feedback I can give is, it asks me to update everytime i open the app. It is so irritating. It is still the same even after 6 months. Reducing the review to get the attention needed. It really irritates me to open the app.

java errors show up frequently. Cancellation message says we should cancel 6 hrs prior which is stupid. driver has inconvenience of frequently entry while on road, they should have provided a card swip device. frequently the app tells to update but the app is already updated.
