Resets after requesting verification code. Well I have to leave the Quantumn app screen for my text msg app for verification code. But when I go back to Quantum app. It does not stay on the screen so I can paste in or type in the code. HELL NO! Quantum app resets all the way back to the login page. It recycles. It sends a code you leave app to retrieve code only to have app restart at login to repeat again. It SHOULD stay on the page waiting for a verification code. Jeez its not rocket science.

Installed after a strong push and recommendation from my employer to have all of my benefits in one App and on the go. I get "Oops, something went wrong. Try again." I have been trying "again" for 5 minutes and now I give up in disgust.

I can access my card from the app now and send to my doctor's office if/when they need a photocopy and that is perfect.

Biometric login doesn't work and I have to log in every time with password. Notifications don't seem to want to work either despite enabling them in app and on settings on phone.

If I could give this app no stars I would. As soon as I logged into the app, a question popped up about liking the app. I selected yes. I was taken to the play store. I see that there is an update available. I update the app. NOW IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!

Quantum Health keeps force closing as soon as I try to open it. I'm paying hundred of dollars for this insurance and I can't even access it. Fix it before there are legal repercussions. We should NEVER be locked out of our insurance app.
