Review updated after installing the latest vestion. The latest version has addressed most of the issues I had described in my previous review. After two days of usage, I found that the time of writing to the card is not accurate for some video clips (If you copy files from the card directly to a computer), GPS is taking long to start logging. Almost close to 4 mins and 27 secs in one instance. Huge improvement from the previous version is evident.

The latest version of the app doesn't have a timeline bar (time scrubber they call it) so if you want to watch any moment happened a couple of minutes ago and record it, you can't. What's the point of having a camera if I can't record any incidence of my choice? Waste of money. I have bought 6-7 qubo products but now I fear my decision. Their one update can ruin the entire purpose of the product.

This app is completely useless because it won’t even open. I downloaded it to use with my dash cam, but every time I try to launch it, it either crashes instantly or stays stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and even checking for updates, but nothing works. A dash cam app needs to be reliable, especially for driving safety, but this one fails at the most basic function—actually opening!

The app keeps crashing. When I open it, only the initial "Qubo" logo appears, and then the screen goes completely blank. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work. This is frustrating. Edited - prompt response from hero team and solution worked. Thank you.

Updated the App in Feb 25 - New app Doesn't even open! How on earth is this even on Playstore? 6 month review- A pathetic user experience with top end Qubo Pro Dashcam. The dashcam stops recording randomly, wifi stops connecting to the phone, and restarts randomly. For a 14K dashcam, it's extremely buggy software. The dashcam doesn't even seem to have adequate RAM to support the wifi connection to the app to view/ download recorded videos. Pathetic. Don't go for this!

Such a worst app ever seen. I cannot use the app when I really needed. It opens and show QUBO logo and hung there. The app was fine and i was using it, but now I can't. Few days back, i was trying to get a video footage as an evidence, and tried to collect it from the app, but it didn't worked, it keeps hung state with an empty background. I found the similar issue facing to other users as well in the reviews. Don't know how this app got 4.8 raing in playstore🤔.

Update is pathetic. Look like devloper design after 1 bottle wine. 1. Last UI is better to see all videos in descending order. 2. Fast forward option missing. 3. Video player very pathetic, no any option to skip 10 sec or 5 Sec. 4. Calendar UI is showing that video are available but nothing in video section. 5. Please restore old update and fire your devloper team. They have any sense of customer's need.

Since the new version of the app was introduced a few months back, it has a constant problem of not displaying the trips in the app, despite recording it. Numerous complaints to the helpline and email have yielded no results. Kindly update the app ASAP to overcome this serious issue.
