Very disappointed in your response to any requests you have problems with. Regarding race replays, jockey's and trainer post interviews have tried several times to resolve it, it says your request has been received but nothing has ever been done about the problem,

This would have to be the worst, slowest App ever, I used it for a long time mainly for the Pick 7, now everything has changed again, will no longer accept my password even though my password has never changed. If it ain't broke don't fix it, I have had enough, so frustrating when you try " the forget password" option and just returns you to the homepage, you can keep the 100k, the frustration is not worth it! Deleted!!

Like several other people I am unable to log in through Facebook (or any other way). I've been trying to get help for over a week initially via email and then several phone calls. The recording asks you to leave details and says that someone will get back but this hasn't yet happened. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Used to be a great app for form and stats. Still good for replays, but the stats have disappeared in favour of SB & Ladbrokes BS. Update: This app has gotten even worse than it was. The acceptance section is all over the shop and misses runners. It seems to being managed by the work experience kid. Uninstalling. If I could give 0 stars I would. Racing Victoria makes billions of dollars, and this is the best app they can come up with. Pathetic

Still cannot read the bottom previews. The text previews are written in landscape, but the page is oriented for portrait. The bottom preview of every race can't be read because you scroll to the right and it loads the next race. Infuriating

Terrible, you are trying to fit an entire web site in this App. Check out the NSW racing App. You can watch replays without knowing the results. Some of us work through the day and enjoy watching the replays without knowing the results. To much going on. My phone is new.

App works ok, but since you put adds in the latest update some race replays have massive lag/ loading/ buffing time. Also some race replays don't show sectional times eg last 600m last 200m sectionals. Seems like the app has to much detail to be stable plus the Bet 360 adds that pop up all the time seems to make the app alot slower and sometimes make the app freeze altogether.
