Terrible. They got rid of their loyalty cards so you have to use the app and the app doesn't work. Plus there's no way of earning points if you go into the store (no barcode for them to scan). I also can't order my pizza through the app--it just says it can't add the item despite them having everything when I go into the store. Don't switch over to a mobile app model if it isn't going to work??? Why release a broken app? It makes me not want to order from you.

Such a clunky app, locations should be selectable without location permissions, timeslot selection is sometimes unavailable, making you quit out of the app having to reorder, you need a dropdown menu btw with preselected options for the times like on the website, not a system level clock selection. Also, where is an option to save my card for future purchases?

After emailing them, they had me log out and log back in and then it started working - which I shouldn't have to do right after I installed the app and signed up. I'm not seeing where I can scan my receipt for points, so it looks like I'll be forced to buy my items on the app and give them my payment information. They need to add the feature to scan in a receipt for points so that I do not have to slow down my day to order on the app or get no points - which I probably won't do.

App is awful. Not once has it worked correctly. Today it's saying "error". Every time I've used the app I've gotten so frustrated at navigating it IF it's even working that day

App does not function. You cannot customize anything and you can't order anything. 3 months later, the app is still not functioning. After nearly 6 months, the app still doesn't function.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE APP!!!! It won't allow me to place an order and thus no way to earn points. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but NOTHING works. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

The app works well but its missing some major features that would be expected. Like for example, no way to add points after you completed a purchase in-store and no way to use your points in-store. Love the food but the app and rewards points need some work.

The app just doesn't work. Every time I try adding an item to cart, it errors without fail. Why couldn't they have stuck with the sticker reward program? It was so much simpler! I only got the app to try to transition to the new reward program, but it doesn't even work!
