Honestly this app was great in 2020 and the hospital itself is amazing, but since then the app has REALLY gone downhill. I have booked over 6+ video call appointments and the doctor NEVER shows up. It says the doctor is busy, reschedules it "sometime in the next 90 minutes," and then after 90 minutes the doctor never shows up and no reschedule notice is ever given again. Just goes silent. Very tired of it. Unless you're using the app to book an in-person appointment, don't bother.

The application is generally fine for most use, but I'm not able to view my appointment history because the OTP code is never sent nor received via SMS. It only worked once right after registration, and after a bit of fiddling with the login settings, I was able to get past the screen to book an appointment. Since then, however, I haven't gotten it to work again. I'm trying to view my appointment history to submit an insurance claim, but I'm unable to do so properly until this is fixed.

Bad experience. Ask to select the date and time for booking, in the end said the slot selected not available. Had tried several times still the same. Email to them yesterday, haven't get any reply back.....why can't they just let a live customer service to take this appointment calls if knowing that the apps can't take up the job. It's wasting our time downloading the app and in the end not user friendly.

Cannot even login after i verify via singpass. Ot just keeps on buffering then return bacm to singpass login

This app is supposed to make it convenient for patients to get queue no. for consultation. Everything was smooth until after I register. 1. I don't know what's my queue number after registering and how many patients are in front of me. The only way to know is when my turn called through the notification on my phone 2.when my turn was called, I was 1 level above the clinic. I rushed down immediately n within the same min, the app notify me that it's a missed queue. Suggest to review the process.

Horrible! Just horrible! Horrible app. Horrible customer service. Rang for 15 minutes, someone picked up (I heard the background noise of people speaking) and IMMEDIATELY whoever answered put the phone down. I can't rebook or cancel my COVID test slot because their UX flow is broken. Clicking on the cancel link, entering your OTP leads to an error. Basically there is no way to contact them. What a hot mess! If they're supposed to be digitalizing, they are failing at it horribly.

I have been using MediAccess to submit my company claims. Recently there seems to be a bug. Everytime I click the browse button to upload my claim, the whole app freezes and shuts down without telling me what's the issue. Is anyone from the tech team able to tell me what's wrong? This is very frustrating!
