I came across this relay app browsing the Internet looking for work. I was amazed to see the new technology in finding truck driving jobs. I used to work for transportation agencies and it worked nothing like this. These agencies took big percentages which left us with small paychecks. As I could see perks and benefits keep getting better and better. I believe this is the future for transportation.

So far it has been a good experience. There's been numerous things added to the app that benefit both Driver and Company. While yes there could be a few changes or add-ons that would be nice to have but at the same time I think keeping it super simple (KISS) with really only the information we need is probably the reason Relay Is already successful and really starting to take off. Atleast from my personal experience. Keep doing what you guys are doing.

I've starred Relay at 3 stars. I haven't actually used the platform as far as booking assignments as a Driver. I'm hoping to get started in the TX. And the application process is repetitive. I've filled out various renditions of the Relay application. And it takes a while to receive $45 drug test forms in order to complete the application process. Even more bothersome is the fact that I'm unable to view any of the "potential" available loads prior to the completion or maybe there aren't any? Idk

It used to be decent but now ALL the loads are pre-assigned prior to being posted and their Instant Pay feature isn't even instantaneous anymore and requires 2 business days to be Direct Deposited and they still charge a fee for that which is very ridiculous and inconvenient for the Drivers because they don't get paid right after completing work assignment like they used to and Customer Service is no longer existent or reachable. Most Driver quit before they even do their first Relay assignment.

Still new to the app but so far I like the concept. Being able to work on whatever days you want taking whoever job you want sounds like a great way to work. However, there's not a huge variety or nearly as much work available as I expected when I signed up. On a normal day you'll see 2-3 jobs pop up but most of the time they'll be OTR so you'll be out 5-7 days at a time. If you're looking for that type of work Relay is amazing, but for local work you might get lucky and claim 1 or 2 per week.

Beware DATA & PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARKS!!! 1. They only operate in certain areas that they are able to inform you of before collecting all of your personal information. 2. They don't tell you the list of states they show you are the only ones available, then ask what state you're looking for work in because you didn't select the state from the list THEN THEY GATHER ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFO only to say they don't work in your state. So where is my information? and why didn't you state that before
