Downloaded on Android phone and the app zooms in and cuts out all available functions to add the LED screen so I can't use it. Hopefully there is a solution from the developers

I need help, I have an Android, and at first the app was working great, then all the sudden it quit showing the buttons on the bottom. The ones you need to send the message. The find button is not available at all. I can connect to the sign, I can't do anything else. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I'v tried forgetting the network to reconnect hoping the find button would show back up. Nothing is helping. I haven't even had this sign for a week. I have no idea how to fix this.

suddenly not compatible with the phone..so sad..used to work on my iqoo13 but now cannot use at all

Not a fan of this interface/ user Experience but, It works lot of customizability. But it definitely takes some messing around with To figure out everything. Compared to ads for these backpacks I can't get any images or gifs to look good like at all... But that doesn't really have anything to do with the app. Overall, not much to say, take someone getting used to, But it works fine Just a tricky User experience to figure out everything.

I love the visibility from the street. Not a fan of the program to style your messages for the sign. I wanted to be able to set up different messages that switched automatically but I have yet to do that. The help menu is not in English so not really helpful.

I am having the hardest time customizing this led display, I'm usually pretty good. it's very difficult for me. I'm not sure if other people are having this problem
