Rightway was supposed to help ease our busy lives, but it has been the opposite. Have to chat with them for hours during business hours and then wait several days before they find you a provider. The app in itself is so slow and buggy.

App doesn't work at all

Just a terrible pain to deal with . Everything takes three times longer than just doing it yourself. The app was supposed to help if you have to work during the day but instead of making the appointment you spend multiple hours during your work day trying to get a hold of right way so you can book an appointment.

This whole company has ruined our pharmacy benefits. Really hoping our employer chooses another pbm for next year. Nothing about Rightway is convenient. I'm convinced it's operated in someone's garage. Nothing is easy. Registering on the app, filling your prescriptions, sending PAs (can't use CoverMyMeds like everyone else in 2022), it's all an ordeal anytime you need to do something pharmacy related.

Garbage. This app now just opens on a white screen with its logo. Thats it. No ability to sign in or use the app. The company itself provides pretty poor service and now the app doesn't even work. Garbage.

I can't create an account. It keeps telling me that I am not eligible but my employer told me to get this app. I have requested assistance with creating my account 3 times now in the app and no one has reached out to me.

Useless! Cannot even establish my account. Keeps saying it sent an email with the 6-digit code, but nothing! And there is no customer service, or email to send a request to, nothing!
