Rating should be two way not one way like it is apparently. This denies the rider/driver to rate their passengers/customers which isn't fair yet this would give you feedback on customer behaviour as well. Also there should be surge pricing during heavy rains, rush hours and late night to motivate and reward drivers who diligently offer to drive during those challenging times.

Terrible experience with Safe Boda! While driving, I received a call questioning my route why I add a stop and I replied back that's it's an option with a reason. Asked for a minute to call back, but was hung up on! Later, another rep called to say I'm temporarily suspended without explanation. No logic, just incompetence! Avoid Safe Boda, their support team is a disaster. 1/5 stars"

A very nasty app, how could a driver ride a customer to a destination and at the end all ,the customer doesn't pay the rider yet he is commissioned immediately after the end of the trip! Even after reporting to them they say that they can't credit your account y

They don't listen to drivers take them like trash. The client alleged some thing not true on me and they refused to listen to me other than suspending me. I told them to atleast look at my records for the long time I have driven with the but the man chased me out of office mercilessly as if he knew the truth of the matter. They are very inconsiderate and I really hated that man for the as if he is on top of the world .the support stuff need special training no social behavior at all

I think advertisement of the safebodas and safecars should be done continously throughout daily, weekly,monthly and yearly but not only occasionally on Easters and Christmases ,secondly safecar and boda team should go on ground or in the field for more teaching of users of the application (Customers) because customers lack knowledge of operating the application forexample foreigners.

This is a safe car driver , kindly update this App to Display over other Apps on Android 13+, we have a problem were by when u get a request it pops up a notification, not like on Android 8,9

As much as this innovation is a welcoming idea, you need to look into these: 1. The passenger pickup location could be as far as the destination thereby making rider to lose more in term of fuel, energy and time. 2. The riders don't have opportunity to see likely fare he would be paid for a trip until after the trip. 3. Your incentive bonus is a bogus. You want 15trips with 75-80% completion rate. Kuku kill them.

The safeboda rider app is missing alot of things which i think should be vital and relevant and should be improved or atleast we make a meeting and discuss about different issues 1. The app should show the transport fare likely to be paid by the customer to the rider instead of showing it after the end of the trip 2. Some trips are farely priced and some are realy not fair especially long trips are charged very little thats why i myself....i dont accept long trips.
