Devices are good when they work. The app doesn't add anything to the experience but aggravation. I like the speakers and they have good sound and battery life for the price but this app is so useless it really makes me not enjoy the rest of the experience. I've had speakers paired for long periods of time that just randomly won't work and all I get is a notification that I need an app (that is installed) to use my speaker. Unpair and try to re-pair to be thwarted by the same notification.

It was cool to be able to control the volume of the actual speaker from my phone, but ever since pairing the speaker through the app, the volume likes to drop down to nothing after each track, and then I have to reopen this app to turn it back up. And I can't use separate app volume to make phone calls while music is playing anymore, and even after resetting my speaker, I now actually require this app to prevent my speaker from dropping down to nothing, quieter than when it first turns on?!

Crashes a lot, Warm Up feature is useless, it crashes every time. There is nothing you can do in this app, that you can't do with the controls on the devices. I'm not really sure what purpose this app even is intended to serve except to change light colors, that it does well (LOL), oh and the registration appears to work, maybe, no way to tell for certain. I'll be uninstalling it, it's pretty pointless.

Uninspired setup, failure to update information, lack of info about the best way to use each different speaker as most have greatly different sound. Placement, purpose, and preference could all be addressed better. Why can't we daisy chain any/all speakers thay share TWS capabiity? I feel like that feature was misleadingly described... That being said, the light control setup is fun, unique, though limited! I can't say enough good about the speakers, esp. for the price. O yeah...more bass!lol

It said I should "warm up" my speaker by playing one of their special files, so I tried it, but it would not play, and as soon as I press the button that is supposed to play it, the app crashes. Not once have I been able to properly "warm up" my speaker, which is what it suggests to do before my first listen, which I have not had yet.

Don't waste your time downloading! This app does nothing but take up data and memory on your device. The only thing I was able to do successfully was enter the user info and serial number of the product. None of the links work, nor any of the features such as "warm up" for tuning the earbuds. Everything you select either freezes or crashes the app. I sent an email about the glitches. I never got a response. I deleted the app.

TL,DR: a very outdated, unnecessary app. The UI could use an overhaul, and the application offers little to nothing useful. Unless you have lights on your device and care about that, I suppose. [cont.] I suddenly had to install this app because my phone said I needed to install an app to connect to my speaker from *2017*. This was very sudden too! I had been connecting through Bluetooth fine before. Now I have to sit and wait 10+ minutes in-app for it to even find it. Not worth it.

Only compatible with devices 2018 and newer. Extremely disappointing that there is no app to control speakers that are only slightly older than the most current models. Are they going to abandon app functionality on the 2018 and 2019 models in a year or two? Completely ridiculous and terrible support for a company that should be doing better for its customers.
