edit 2 - tech support was in touch. we worked out the issue was actually a setting on my phone. adjusted the setting and it's back to normal - help was quick, specific and appreciated. app is back to its usual awesomeness ***(previous issue) used to be amazing. now keeps crashing when I try to watch anything. uninstalled, cleared, reinstalled... same result. **Edit - email sent - hopefully they find the issue**

Thanks for contacting. It has rectified itself. What has happened to the app last 24 hours. Kept bufferring every 30 seconds yesterday through Alone USA. Now getting error when trying to playing today "This page is not accessible on the android app" and all my favourites are no longer saved. The settings are all greyed out too.

Has something happened to the App in the last 24 hours? I use Chromecast and never had a problem until tho morning. it was ok at 7 am when I watched something before family time but.at 12 noon it, all I was getting was the circle going round and round. I deleted and downloaded the App again and got the same thing then an error message popped up to say it was unavailable and try something else. No good there. 9Now is fine. Great App when it works.

Having to return to the main menu to navigate between TV episodes is more than tedious. Episode selection and fast forward/rewind abilities are both sub-par. I would more easily put up with all the ads if navigation was more functional. These issues are definitely going to limit the amount of time I bother spending on the app. Edit (answering developer) - There are times I wish to check details in previous episodes & break free from the linear timeline. I'm using the app on a Nvidia Shield TV.

Great content but very very annoying to see the 'you are not connected to the Internet. Please check your network connection and try again' message box that takes up most of the TV screen and does not go away until you hit the ok.. In the meantime the video and sound are working as usual! Never had any connectivity issue and last time I had that message my internet speed was in excess of 50 mbps. Also ads are way too long.

UPDATE 20 July 2025. Well at least we've been able to watch the very excellent Vienna Blood but this afternoon when watching Stage 14 of the Tour, about 10 min from the end the app simply shut itself down and took me back to the main Google TV screen. Then when I went back in it tried to start me at the beginning, i.e. km zero. Not difficult to skip back to where I was but why oh why does this happen? UPDATE 8 July 2025: This continues to be the most stupid streaming app I have ever used.

The recent update has made an existing problem worse. I keep getting notifications about programs that aren't even in my favourites list anymore telling me they are expiring soon, new episodes available etc only now after I dismiss the notification it immediately notifies me again of something that's not in my list. Please fix this problem with your app as it's really pissing me off.

Runs update and kills everyone's ability to watch content. Uninstall webview. Nope... that doesn't work either. 13/06/25 Seems I have to restart my device entirely to prevent crashing with each new episode. Annoying. 14/06/25 restart now makes no difference. Still crashes trying to load an episode. 15/06/25 When will something be done to fix the issue everyone is having? No one can stream from their mobile device. Gen II Chromecast isn't having any problems nor is Google stream.
