Every time I have to enter my card. If i go for sms to get otp, the app will restart and again. One-time ending time reminder freez, and I get penalty because time was finished. IT needs to make more improvement in the app. Thaki = Smart

It was an awful experience. I tried to book a ticket at the meter, but it didn't work. I booked online, but unfortunately, they pull over the car, and I had to pay a fine of 517.45SR which was completely unfair. I made a complaint, but there was no use of it.

Not properly tested. Have been struggling to recharge for a week. Once I go to OTP sms and come back to screen to input OTP then the screen goes away

Despite clicking button to save payment details, everytime you have to put payment details. It's crazy!

This is a very bad app, it stops working anytime. Whenever you want to start it, it starts 2-3 times and the updates do not come properly. It is completely useless, it wastes time. It happens 2-3 times for one parking.

No one time payment option. Requires user to buy package even for just one parking ticket. What's the point of app if still need to go to the machine to print ticket??? Should be all electronic thru app. Old Mwagif was way way much better and cheaper too!!!
