Need more flexibility to make substitutions for cheese & toppings (for example, sub Provolone instead of American, sub onions with extra mushrooms). It is nice that we can request this in the special instructions text box, but not all locations seem to pay close attention to those requests. Our usual store is awesome & always looks for them!

This app has really improved since I first downloaded it. However, there are some things like downloading /adding deals that don't make sense to me. The app should have the deals not depend on people getting the paper coupons and adding them, etc, which is why I voted 4 star instead of 5. 6 really like the restaurant. The app is pretty easy to use, and I appreciate the clear driver fee and place to tip.

Works fine. Navigation is a little unintuitive. The group order doesn't work as I was expecting. Jersey Mike's approach seems to be.. the initiator of the group just picks the order up, everybody pays separately. I was expecting something like Chipotle's group order. The initiator pays and picks up. That works better for my family. Not a big deal.

The first time you used the app the flow through it is a little strange, bumpy. By the third time you use the app it is easier . I really like that you can save your favorite, and avoid having to go through the same order every time. What I don't like is that your credit card info - - though saved - - is hidden, as if the app wants you to use Google pay.

Jersey Mike's app is as great as their food. It is the easiest food app I've ever used. It takes me less than a minute to order for myself and my son. Our favorite order is saved, and if I have enough shore points for a free sandwich, it will ask if I want to use them too. Paying is easier than any other, and it will give me a pick-up time. It's my go-to site for a great deli sandwich.

I would have gave them five stars but it's been a little bit since I ate there in the last time I did I ordered the Giant and it was not like some locations do it worth the money. There's times that it's made good there's times that it's lacking a lot especially if you order extra meat it doesn't have extra meat on it with some of the employees that work there don't get me wrong their food is good definitely way better than Subway but they need to be more consistent

Terrible app. Does not work. Cannot order from any Jersey Mike's. App let's you try to place order, then says phone number needed after you've entered the phone number. App provides a number to call if issue persists, but that number is out of service/use and simply directs you to leave a comment on the website, which of course will do nothing in terms of actually placing an order. They really should just trash this App and sue the developer. It is that bad. Terrible app.

The ordering process is fine but I've never actually gotten double or extra points on an eligible order. They say they'll give you more points in the ad, but it never actually shows up in the app. I've followed up with the store on multiple occasions to no avail. So now I just order when I want without being incentivized by the points promotions because they are all empty promises
