On the screen where you confirm your payment and tick a box to agree to terms, please move the checkbox further left so it's not right next to link for the terms. It's too easy to tap the link multiple times when you're trying to tap the box. Thanks. Convenient and easy to use. Definitely recommend.

This app makes it nice to review and understand my bill and/or account information. I can easily make payments, and get help when I need it. I wish that they didn't charge $2.00 to process payments via my debit card; that seems excessive and also kind of ridiculous just to make a payment...especially when most of us are just trying to get by. This is decent app for me to understand, though it did take some time for me to get the hang of it. Customer Service has been kind and helpful to me.

It takes a while to register a payment. When I hit submit, the app said there was a problem, and payment didn't go through. So, I paid again and saw on my payment list two pending payments for a day a part. I'm glad I had the balance in my bank account, and I'm paid in advance. But it would have helped to see the balance show as a pending reduction on the payment screen.

This app (and NISource) suck. I have no option for ACH debit, I have to pay a $2 fee every time they take a debit card payment, I cannot clear expired payment methods out of the system (new debit card has same number as expired one), and I have accounts listed in the dropdown menu from apartments I had 10 years ago. Come on folks get professional.

Using the app to pay your bill is difficult due to the final screen check box is too close to the text. While attempting to finalize payment by checking the check box (which is hard to do because of the lack of spacing between the check box and the statement requiring the user to check the box) you are sent to an explanation page. Very frustrating. I've run into this several times.

Nice app it does make it convenient to pay your bill. The $1.75 fee is a bit much, seems like a $1.00 would be fine, but I guess not. Although it's still a nice & easy way to pay your gas bill. This is an add-on to my earlier review...now the fee is $2.00! So not cool, but I guess it was that or Columbia Gas might have went belly up. But it is a cool app it does makes it real easy to pay your bill.

Their billing is misleading. Firstly they automatically enrolled me in the budgeted payment plan when I was new with them (it tries to get you to pay the same amount each month evenly for the entire year but could leave you with a big chunk at the end. Then the payment page in the app shows 4 options, my budgeted plan amount which is always less than the other options, "amount past due (due now)", "total amount due", and "current charges due (due date) and the dollar amounts are all different.

Won't let me register. It finds my account, then asks for the last 4 digits of my SSN, but when I enter it and hit Verify, I get an error message. Tried several times, same issue. I used to get my bills automatically sent to my bank's online bill pay via e-bill, but Columbus Gas discontinued that, so I installed this app only to discover problems. Frustrating.
