This app was working great with my Samsung s10e up until about a month ago. Now my phone's Bluetooth (and my husband's) do not recognize the Sig. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, I've restarted my phone, turned the Bluetooth off & on on the Sig...nothing. When I click the Bluetooth icon on the HUD it goes to a blank white screen. Any ideas?

All of the environmentals were inaccurate and not just a little. I called the support number and they told me to get my temp from my cars dash lol can't make this up and then they told me just to use an app to get the rest..... Needless to say I sent it back and just a kestrel and range finder seperately. Even if I could send it off and get it fixed I wouldn't just because the customer services was sooooo useless... On the flip side the ranging worked well and seemed to be accurate lol

App and SIG ABS2400 are no longer supported by SIG. Rangefinder will not transmit data to app and unable to update profiles. Cannot synch- locks up the app. Multiple reinstalls/reconnections produced same result. Sent LRF to SIG and they did no testing- just confirmed it would connect and returned to me in a day. CS phonecall did not resolve and agent became frustrated and directly stated NO LONGER SUPPORTING THIS LRF! Do not recommend SIG products from this point forward!!!!!

This app worked great when I first set it up. After update I have a display issuse in the Heads Up Display page. The data is being received by my Samsung Note 9 but only the top half of the firing solution numbers are visble. I have tried setting but there is no adjusment possible. range finder work perfectly

Great range finder with a lot of shortcomings. If you have a lot of gun profiles entered into this and something happens to your phone those are probably gone and you will have to re-enter them all. There is no option to backup gun profiles. Mine is simply a rangefinder and I use strelok Pro. At least there I can back up my data and I don't lose guns. For the money you are spending there are a lot better options look for them. No more Sig Sauer stuff for me

Useless as the app hasn't been updated for newer phones. I expected more from sig, the rangefinder is OK, but definitely not as good as some others in the same price range. Still old and useless if you have a newer Bluetooth stack.

Horrible app. Won't stay connected to the range finder. Basically makes it useless in the field. Without the connection, you cannot sync range finder. Please update app! Probably won't though... They already got my 1000.00. Last sig product I buy.

I bought the 2400Abs and trade my LeicaRf upon the good reviews on this product on long range forums. To me hardaware is top quality but softwareseems not on pair. Infact I cannot have my current cellphones (Sony Xperia and Onepro) manage my guns profiles whilst an old Samsung Note that I don't use anymore is capable of editing and storing profiles in the Kilo Rf. Editing and storing profiles has been done WITH the phone connected all the time as per instrucions. But if I use any other phone than the Samsung the profile are not saved either on the kilo or on the phone. Obviously I cannot go hunting with two phone and I don' t wish to trash my current phones for a 5years old cell. Would developers update the list of really whorking celphone? .
