This app is piss poor in terms of performance and UI/UX. Design is bloated. Gamification is not worth it. Horrible experience even in browsing the packages. No other apps has made me this frustrated in using it. I used to love smartfren due to it being cheap and relatively fast, and internet package is easily purchased. I guess it's already time to change operator....

English instructions are incomplete. You have to download two apps to top up credit and to use your mifi device. Extremely difficult to top up credit. App declines US credit cards and the virtual account transfer instructions are incomplete (no account name given). The mifi device is useless after it runs out of its initial credit.

- Incapable CS, the Customer Service can't help with cancelling autodebet/subscription function. In the end I need to google it and figuring it out by myself on how to cancel those in the mobile app. It's either they cannot understand such a simple task or they just did it on purpose. - Lots and lots of promotion/ads messages, which they send it to you directly via SMS. It seems there's no way to turn these off from the mySF app, even blocking them from your messaging app doesnt work.

The most laggy app I've tried.. I don't know what framework did you guys use, but since way back then you guys always make a laggy app. This could cause customer lose intentions in using your app that i guess leading to a dropping sales, and please remove unusual game like that, instead replace with real world like social media challenge to promote your provider, this may increase sales and potentially create a new kind of affiliate marketing program, more money will comes in after that

The night quota always can't be used even though my accumulated night quota is still a lot. Besides the sign in always appearing and live chat is not working properly and is always loading. I have tried contacting through the suggested Whatsapp contacts but the replies are not helpful at all. It's really annoying.

For the signal is quite smooth, but I give two star, because the quota price is a bit expensive and there are no more promos. I will consider other internet providers that are cheaper and have lots of promos.

The worst operator in indonesia.So I got this prepaid inside a bundling new phone.I have activated the SIM card and reload with 25K credits and I got data bonus but not a single byte of the data bonus can be used even using standard apn n switch to other phone either.Their CS is total bullsh#t none of them can do the job and even now it has been days still not able to use the kuota data bonus as it describe.It force user to buy regular data to be able to use internet and not cut the bonus data!!
