This app is great, but communication sucks. there is no response from the support team through email. For some reason, I stopped getting orders for months, but other drivers I know always see orders. We can be together or in the same area and i don't receive orders. When I finally got in contact with support, they said I'm in good standings and they will have the technician team look into my account. This is the 3rd time I was told this, but I never heard back from the suppor team or technicians

Better pay then some of the other apps. The problem is their app layout is not good, and their support is terrible! The app was force closing, so I uninstall/install. Now I can't take jobs because they think I'm a new driver. I reached out to online chat and email support, both haven't responded. It's been almost a week and no response! If I had more characters, I would explain all the other problems with senpex.

It seems when reinstalling the app you lose the ability to receive sound notifications in the app settings. I can only explain it this way; Days later, the additional sound notifications slowly begin to appear in the app settings over time. (there used to be three different sound notifications, but reinstalling the app, now they're are none.)

Way too many crashes. False notifications. You have to exit the app and refresh to see the gig, and when you tap it there's an error. Everything is marked "urgent" so if you can't leave right at that moment, it will be home when you return. And no, another driver didn't take it, the same item will be back in a few days

This app is a good way to subsidize your other gig apps. Usually pretty good pay per mile. But the warning I would give is it's only good if you are good at fending for yourself. It's very confusing when you get an order. There will be instructions to call or text the contact person but no number to do so. When you reach out to support they tell you to watch the YouTube video on how to use the app. That is not support.

Overall a good app to supplement some extra income. I've made over $200 in 2 weeks time. Orders aren't as consistent like I'd like them to be, but at least there are orders coming through. Senpex was the only app that would allow me to drive with them and do deliveries and I'm staying at 5*

Stopped receiving orders at one point, 5 days not single order. Contacted support and they told me that it might be slow in my area (my area is Los Angeles) it might get slow but not that slow. 2 weeks after still not a single order. Contacted support again, this time they told me they escalate this issue to some department. 10 days later no updates 🥲

8-25-24 UPDATE Just came out a few days ago & installed, SAME ISSUE SENPEX APP IS TRASH! NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT BOOT LOGO! 6-1-24 UPDATE Just downloaded latest update, didn't help app still crashes trying to upload pictures! Trash, Need to fix/update ASAP, Can't finish signing up, picture upload for licence photo crashes app starts you over continue sign up process, installed newest version & have compatible version of Android Motorola phone? App Needs work, not a good start to this gig app
