New update needs work. Ever since then most recent update I am waiting for at least 30 seconds for each picture to be captured and also takes longer than before to just sign in. Spent more time waiting for picutre than before. Very difficult when it is a high traffic area. I wrote in about the error message I received. Hopefully it gets fixed. Theres a few other reviews that have the same issue so it's not just a IOS/Andriod problem.

When taking a picture, it takes much longer for the shutter to take the photo, and the Camera makes subject appear larger and I cant tell if Im getti g everything in the picture and then the picture comes out too far away. Also, the app is taking forever to load my stores, like up to an hour or more, even after rebooting phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

It would be nice if we could upload photos from the camera roll like we could in the beginning. The app sometimes deletes photos and info when you go in and out of service orders. Plus, it adds questions not related to the service call. Very slow loading when you first log in. Sometimes it takes up to 5 min just to open. Also, you can close/upload service reports, then they just go pack into "in progress." I spend more time reclosing reports and trying to get them to upload.

I thought maybe my phone was the problem but it seems I'm not the only one with this issue. App takes forever to load! I usually turn the wifi off thinking that's the issue but can't tell if it helps or not. Usually end up restarting phone as well. I lose a lot of time this way. Seems like this shouldn't be that hard to fix. I try to remember to sign in on my way to work but inevitably crashes anyway when I walk in. Also hate having to type in not applicable all the time.

The past two weeks my app has seemingly been fine so I come home to upload on my own internet at night only to find that the app has moved my projects to "Not Started" and won't upload. My pictures and answers are still there though, only my time has been deleted. It's really upsetting and makes my job unpleasant and more stressful than it needs to be. I've had late projects because I expect the app to work normally as it always has but then can't upload when I need to.

Have had to reinstall many times. Cuts photos off. When I label/caption photos with specific info it will populate all the photos with the same info from one of the photos. Does not have a time keeper on the app so must populate all the fields to get to end page just to see howuch time is left for the job. DPCIs are listed without a brief description which makes job more difficult. Dislike this app.

It would be great if you would let us download the project instructions (pdfs) right from the app. The app caches the project data but it could be nice to be able to save a separate copy to be able to view in my pdf reader app so that I can easily switch between the project questions and the project instructions without having to constantly back away from the survey

App is terrible since latest update. Takes forever to open the app. The camera takes long to shutter. The projects will say waiting to upload then you go out to another project and the waitimg to upload is back in the in progress and you have to reenter the date again, sometimes pictures are gone. App needs work.
