I'm trying to get onto the app, and it won't load at all. I have been having this same problem since I signed up to the library recently and tried to log in. It just doesn't get past the open screen. I didn't get an email as well to activate my account. I have been trying to check when I have to hand in my borrowed books and when to pick up reserved books. It's quite frustrating.
Some Curiosities
Very good app but it would be truly great if: 1. Could set/change location when exploring what my local library is instead of just using my current geographic location. 2. Could change distance preferences when viewing distance to local library. Currently you confusingly use metres and miles? 3. When viewing an item and seeing the item is on loan, allowing me to see if the item is overdue, and if so, when it was supposed to have been returned 4. Add a wishlist feature like on website.

Tbh is the app perfect? No. It's trash for checking availability since it only has 3 options of: Available, On Loan or Ordered. Not helpful since there is no option for Overdue so it's just overall better to use the website. However, I love it for for keeping track of my loans, and with one button can auto-renew all of them. Also makes reserving books really easy to do aswell as keep track of their movement. My biggest complaint is that I wish there was a wishlist section like their website.

Awful. Doesn't work with system settings Dark Mode as the fonts don't appear. No way to manually change theme in app either. The irony that there is an accessibility statement in the app and it doesn't meet this simple requirement is mind boggling. Whoever created this app should be ashamed.

Can't log in because credentials aren't recognised yet I can use those very same ones to log in to the website and the libby and borrow box apps. I think I'll be deleting the app which is a shame because it used to be so very useful.

It's good if you need to extend your borrowing but unable to reserve books as it says invalid date format. Don't even know what that means as there's no date anywhere on the reservations page. It's rubbish

Can't scan the tickets barcode at the desk. Otherwise does a decent job.....the previous update made the boxes far too small for selecting. yoy need the eyesight of an eagle. please make boxes bigger again
