After 2 years also , same story continues. When a properly tested app is available? Login itself a pain. Internal Server . worst hospital application. It seems the developer doesn't know that there is a testing phase in any development. Fed up with internal server error messages which is very basic failure. Pathetic development and worst testing. Few things are there in hospital like this to spoil the name of institution. Please send the development team for a very basic training first.

Use less app. Have to goto counter and they will assign a doctor which we are not booked and have to wait to get it corrected with my baby who was not well.App shows correct doctor but synced wrong doctor in the reception as the people in counter said They cancels booking in the app when we reach counter as a result now we cannot access the history in the app they made the app useless

Useless it's not working,not even showing results.We are not able to view the results,they are not even ready to send a mail instead they are saying to use this app and saying to check the results through it if it's not working then what's the use of developing an appl like this,please do something for this .

Wonderful app.Is very user friendly reliable and easy to use. We can select our doctor fix appointments and aviod the waiting time in the hospital. Can view the investigation result too.

A useful & user friendly app. Best feature is that I can add all my family members and book their appointment too. Also see their lab reports and download them on my mobile too. All controlled with my login & password.

1. Once logged out you can not log in again, 2. so many issues in retrieving reports 3. OTP is not accepted if typed manually 4. OTP will not be read by the app even after enabling all permissions 5. Useless

Such a useless app.. booked appointments goes missing in the app, no payment history, adding additional members cause existing members to vanish from the app... Full of weird issues in this half baked app..

Hospital is the best in the neighbourhood. The problem I feel is the waiting period. Even though you take an appointment in prior, you still end up spending around 2 hours for your hospital visit.
