This app came up at a coffee shop. They introduced it instead of paper stamp cards I tried to download it, then went througthe registration process Spent time failing creating password because your devs decided underscore is not a special characterd Then went throu email verification Then more details had to be entered to register with the app. Absolutely ridiculous! To regisre coffee stamps, you don't need to know my email, DOB and who knows what other details I gave up. Such a waste of time!

Since the major UI update, the app isn't activating on first touching the puck. It opens the app, but doesn't register the tap as a transaction . Queen I tap a second time, it might register the transaction. Only 1 in the last 15 taps have registered in the app. 😏 Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same. Friends saying the same since update Shame, app worked flawlessly before the major revamp. Opening the app before scanning... Only one tap is registered in a series of taps.

I've been using this app since it first launched & love it! The user experience & interface are really straightforward. I had an issue whereby I couldn't install the app after an update. I contacted the Squid team who promptly responded & assisted me in troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't find a resolution, but Sadhbh continued to follow up with me. Eventually after an Android update I was able to reinstall the app. All this is to say that the customer service was exceptional!

Great App! I'm so happy when I hear a business is with squid, as I can have all my loyalty cards in one place! I often tap my phone to pay & I can now tap the app after for my loyalty stamps! All I need is my phone, which I always have with me anyway! I don't have to worry about losing or forgetting a loyalty card. So far, it's been working perfectly for me. Can't complain. VERY HANDY! 🙂

Using Squid is so much easier than collecting and maintaining a stack of paper loyalty cards for different cafes. I've found the app very reliable, and has allowed me to collect stamps where I'd have otherwise forgotten to bring a paper card. In the rare event that issues occur with use of the app, the tech support provided is excellent.

As of the new upgrade, I can't collect any loyalty stamps. Keep getting a message about the NFC. Sort it out Squid. No point having the app if it doesn't work. Back to cards for me. I have contacted Squid a couple of times via the app as instructed but have yet to hear anything back. Awful service.
