The staff were very friendly and helpful. The option of with or without a guide was good, as was the choice of having audio if you want to take the tour independently. You are allowed all the time you want to look around and take photos. The stadium is very impressive, clean and tidy too. Access to pitchside and the team/ managers areas and the stand behind was great and gave very good views. The trophy room, changing rooms, press rooms were very clean, tidy and easily accessible. Great tour.

This is perhaps more of a complaint towards the institutions using this app, but this was the only way I could access my tickets for the museum. Just email me those please. I'm not interested in all the extra features, overfull info pages and chatbox popups this app produces. If i want extra info i will look online or get a flyer. I just want my tickets. Definitly deleting this app after our visit.

I used this app when going to Naturalis and it was very useful to know the COVID measures in advance. In addition, I have the map from the museum, the tickets and the available activities in only one place. By bye emails, flyers and going to the website to check relevant info! Ah, and I invited my friends in the chat, so all of them have the tickets available as well. Really cool :) Looking forward to use it in more events soon!

Useless app that I would never install, wasn't it made mandatory by the event organiser. Very questionable way of working, they should have shown the privacy rules before selling the ticket! After buying the ticket, if I don't agree with the privacy, what can I do? I will make sure that in the future I don't buy tickets for events where this app is mandatory.

Exceptional tour. Excellent blend of Football, Ajax history, and Johan Cruyff. High quality, knowledgeable guide whose love of Ajax is clear. Access to all boxes, dressing rooms, as well as the pitch. Easy to get to by Metro.

App is mandatory by the event organizer. The tickets didn't show up on the app and I needed to contact paylogic. Thanks for wasting my time... Tickets are also not available directly, but just a couple of days before the event. I don't need a app to to get to the event... Just send me a pdf by mail next time! Looks like the developer is deleting my review...

Had a great time at Adam Lookout. The VR experience was absolutely fantastic. The app did what it needed to do. I'll probably unistall it again as I don't expect to use it a lot (I can just re-install if needed)

Disappointing! You can't download your tickets, you aren't shown your tickets, you can't distribute your tickets to friends. You all need to be at the gate to enter together. The idea behind an app is to make life easier, not more complicated. Just email me the tickets once purchased, why this absurd approach? This is such nonsense. If I'd known this I wouldn't have purchased. And I'll complain with the event organiser.
