The UX is terrible. I still haven't figured out how to switch to another studio once I've logged into one. Only reason I'm trying the app is because the website is always down. Not sure why PRO club insists on using them Edit: figured out how to change studios and why it wasn't visible to me. You need to log out, and press login again. Then at the login screen there is an option to switch studios. Unfortunately if you've enabled touch id, the login screen is skipped. Great design guys.

My students told me that they found it very hard to use. I also found it cumbersome, and time-consuming. The worst is that I have not been able to login for a while now, I keep trying to reset my password to see if that'll help and it says it sent a response email and nothing shows up in my mailbox or in spam any place with multiple tries.and there doesn't seem to be any place with information on how to get in touch with somebody to try to fix the issue.

A year later and the same old bugs still aren't fixed. Clearly the developers don't care. Classes still don't get added to your calendar as they should and there is still no option to add them manually after it's been booked. Notifications are switched off, yet I still get reminder emails for every class. Super annoying.

Worst user experience, I belong to several studios, as most people do. And the instructions for switching studios is to unchecked remember me, uncheck fingerprint sign on and login in manually every time you open the app. Such a hassle and now I avoid using the app altogether and just call my studio directly. Such a waste of time.

This new version is superb. Great job Studiobookings team. Our students use this App at our 2 studios. Our members love that we switched over to StudioBookings. They say this system and app is very user friendly. No issues at all with booking their classes. None. Works flawlessly. Keep up the great work guys.

Obviously not Android friendly We pay for 5 instructors however only admin gets notifications via APP and email, which is super annoying. When both of us use the same login data, one gets email notification, the other one only APP notification. Also still not synchronized with ClassPass. Easy to use, however the issues still persist which makes us thinking about changing the booking system..

Infuriating app to try and use. The only thing worse than this app is the website. Ugly, not user friendly, lacks professionalism. I have wasted and lost so much time just simply trying to book a simple workout across the various services offered by the proclub. My kid stopped bothering trying to go to the club as this app and website make it to much of a hassle to try and book slots. I only gave this a 1 rating because 0 wasn't an option.

I've been trying to log into my account (new) for the past 3 days now. I get a message that my user/password is incorrect. I've requested a "forgot password" numerous times, the app says my re-set link was sent, but nothing received, and I did check in my junk folder. I see there is a review from 2019 with the same issue. How do I solve this?????
