3 times now it's fkd me over, twice in wash bays when I wanted to buy more time and it wouldn't do it and once in vacuum bay for same reason, 3 times I've left with an unfinished car, I don't carry money, my only way was to use app. Why can't I get another lot of time? When I go to do it the option for choosing is blank after paying the first time, so unhappy when all I want is a clean car, is that too much to ask for at a car wash?

super easy to use. would get more stars if there was a cancel wash option. I selected an extra 3 min wash, not realising my initial one had already gone through. When I tried to use it the app said there was already a car there.... there was, it was me!

Spent about 10 minutes trying to go through the automatic car wash and it wouldn't even seem to attempt to recognise a licence plate to activate the wash, eventually gave it up as a bad chop and went to the change machine but even that was out of order to turn notes into coins to use the car wash.

EDIT UPDATE: Contact made and refund given. Have updated the star rating to 5 stars, thank you for your help with this matter. Disappointed. This morning around 7am, I went to get my car washed after all the rain we've had lately, got ready at the laser wash, swiped on the app, eezywash took my money but the app kept saying that the washer was busy right now.. Problem was no-one was using it, no car in the washer AT ALL!! So now I've lost $14 out of my bank and still dont have my car washed. Tried to contact someone at Carlovers Parkwood, left a message on their mobile phone, and no-one has called me back. Not happy!! I would like my money back please!!

Couldn't create an account. Entered correct CC details CCV etc and I couldn't get off the page. All while sitting in the carwash bay wanting to clean my car. It'd be much more 'eezy' if the car wash place just installed a tap n go at the carwash!!

The app/car wash did not read my rego so the app was useless and yes followed instructions to the letter - the car wash attendant was of no help either grrrr. What a waste of time ended up just using my credit card.

Makes no sense. Why will you make and app and w othout even showing us what's in you want us to register with our personal details and top of that even asking for card details. how can the app developers even think that this is logical. I am appalled. Makes me laugh who in the right mind would give you all these details without even knowing how the app looks like. cause this is the first thing that the app asks for create account and then directly to card details. pathetic

Couldn't work the app - it charged a monthly subscription and then you can't even delete your credit card details.
