Seems like they adressed a lot of issues. A few months ago, the app crashed randomly, purchase wasn't a thing in Germany, login barely worked, however, seems to work fine for me so far. When someone registered me And I cannot sign in Log into my account. It's weird and confusing. It should be registration by the affiliate, and then the customer should be able to have access to his own account and signed in and Should be able to build his own lines Of customer and register them none of that option is available. DXN App is good, but the shipping charges are more. For a meagre 2000 purchase u have to shed down 150 + GST. It amount to be exorbitant amount. The shipping charges must be zero for 1000 purchase. Also the cost of the product is High when orders from the DXN app for a distributor.

The app is very slow to open. Every time I log in, it gives me a note that I have to give permission to access my phone storage manually in settings, when I open the app settings it doesn't have the option to give permission to storage, it only has allow access to camera and microphone.

Slow, I constantly have to restart the app, it doesn't show information I need to function as a DXN Distributor, and has Login issues. I always have to use my internet browser for all functions. App is no good. It needs a lot of work.

I have a problem, i signed in and tried to check my points but there is one option regarding Generation, when I selected it, I didn't get any options down. so I kept it empty. then I tried the search but it returned me back to the same page. any solutions or suggestions?? I just started few months ago with DXN, and signed first time today. I have points already.

Hello DXN technical team There is a problem in my DXN App. From last few months. I am not able to watch my AGPV. It shows only "*****" instead of actual data. One more problem is that is my team has joined 2 people in a day but in my app nothing updated data shows.
