The app works great and much easier than going to the website. One minor bug we've run into that only seems to impact Android users. When committing to a meet where swimmers can select their events, if there's a notes/instructions set for the meet then the app only allows selection of the session and fails on save (also doesn't show the note/instruction). We need to commit through the website instead.
Vanishing Hope
The app and the go motion website just do not align. The website is at least complete in events, commitments, results, etc. The app often shows "event id does not exist" despite still working on the website. My swimmer no longer shows committed but is (we are literally at the meet). Results do not show up on the app, except maybe days later while the website is up to date. Very frustrating.

Very unstable, constantly crashes and closes. Attendance is lost easily if you click on a swimmer data accidentally. ***Update: as of 9/20/19 crashing while opening may be fixed as well as an attendance scrolling issues. Will update rating and issues after next week - but so far things look promising that the app has vastly improved it's Android experience.

The app is so much better than the web site. As a parent and a volunteer, I can quickly register my kids for events, check which volunteer positions are filled, send texts to those who have signed up or those I want to recruit. I much prefer to use the app for everything except creating events/calendar items. Thanks for this great functionality!

Slow to load; Timeout too quick; (impossible) not easy to make heat/lane correction once saved; Run meet timer buttons are confusing, the lap button is placed in a odd spot and hard to reach. Would like notification when invoice is received. Unable to pull time standards unless event is timed. The whole UX is not intuitive at all. 12/8/19: Server 500 error again. They don't know meets do happen on weekends?!

1) The Jobs tab disappears every time I try to open it, so they tell me to uninstall and reinstall, every time. This is not a sustainable solution. 2) When i click the "contact TeamUnify" tab, it emails back to our own team, not TeamUnify. 3) The actual help page on the app doesn't work. 4) Fingerprint login always fails twice before I can get in.

It's ok. Unfortunately there's no way to download events and practices to your phone/Google calendar, so you have to do everything manually. Also, not all events/practices end up on the combined calendar for some reason. Might be a problem with the team manager, but that sort of thing should extremely clear and dummy-proof. Kinda clunky, and could use a redesign.

3rd time reinstalling. The app stopped showing half the options, most important ones. Bothered everyone with it, thought something was wrong with the account. Reinstalling fixed the problem. Now the app tells me I'm using the wrong email address, doesn't recognize the manual log in, the finger print or facial recognition. Only had the app for less than a month. Caused more issues than it's worth :(
