After adding booking information, the app will keep crashing on boot unless you set battery usage to unrestricted in Android app settings. Not sure why this app requires unrestricted battery, or why there isn't any indication to the user that this setting needs to be configured. Bad user experience to just crash with no error message at all. Once the crashing stopped with battery setting, the rest of the app is easy to use. May improve rating once crashing issue is fixed

They cancelled my flight without any advance announcement. I had to walk miles on the Bangkok airport to their service desk to find it out. Next flight was 13 hours late, further delayed by "aircraft preparations" (like seriously? you didn't have enough time to prepare the aircraft?). And it took me 1.5 hours in queue after 13 hour wait to get new boarding pass. Hellish experience.

The interface is very difficult to navigate. The slower response makes it even more frustrating to even try to book the ticket. When trying to reset the self unlock account option, the loading takes more than 20 mins without anything appearing nor any reset code email

The lastest version is very suck. Not very reliable. I can't retrive my flight. Even I put my booking reference. I still can't find it. This is really bad. I need to clicl on check-in to see my flight status. Bad user interface.

I'm trying to reset my password, but it is so nightmare 😫 😩 every time I've to fill out the form and have to wait a couple of minutes for TG to send me the code. I can't find the reset password at all. It is so complicated. Ae up, this is TG, for you 😤 I want to support Thai Airlines, but it seems they don't want customers 😕.

App is OK but the IT or developer makes it so hard to log in presenting you some brainless puzzles to solve before log in. Brainless Developer requires mandatory field for title like it would be even necessary but field does not work so you can't submit :-(( The should hire more smart developer!

Worst ever experience while registration many time it give me error of some adress issue that adress can be only in English while I'm writing in English then what is the issue and second thing is in the list of the dialing code countries almost every country code or name is there Pakistan is missing why how can you didn't add a country in the list where from you are operating flights in daily routine it's really pathetic experience please resolve these issues thanks.

I spend more time trying to redo my PIN, than I do actually being in your app to use it, I don't understand why it keeps logging me out and why every time I reset my PIN I still cannot get in, add even when I reset my PIN the system doesn't accept it ????
