The rewards points are a scam. No matter what I do, I can't redeem them. Multiple browsers as well as the app all say "error validating basket" at checkout and won't let me place the order. Tried changing the order to a different reward, still doesn't work. FIX IT! Edit: I already HAVE reached out to that email address. No reply.

Great food, horrible app! It's buggy & doesn't have the full menu, for example there's no way to order brisket on any of the plates. You also can't order just a pound or two of meat. If you want to redeem the rewards points you have to have your phone in the store and after charging your card the full amount they'll give a refund to your card for the reward amount. Instead of working the way coupons and rewards have worked since they were invented, they made them much worse. It loses orders too!

What the annoying-ness. May change review later. Love the food. Please tell me why I had to scroll through nearly 30 years to find my birthday by clicking the month back arrows instead of being allowed a way to type in the month, day, and year. Oi. This needs to be changed asap my friends. We aren't all born after 2000 that want to use the app.

rewards system is great, app works pretty well. the complaint I have is that one I click on a notification it doesn't really take me to whatever the notification is for or advertising

Love this place SOOOOooooo much - food is always delicious - I go once a week for my "Loaded Mac-n-Cheese w/ Brisket!" Yum - smothered in the BBQ sauce - Absolute BEST - Luv 💜 you R & R 😊

Very convenient app. You can order almost everything on it and the points rack up quickly. I just wish that if they were going to advertise the R&R Plate, that I could tap on the ad and order it, but it's not an option on the app...

First off it had me enter my CC for free Nachos witch is awesome but I had to reenter my card to check out. Then I also found out I can't redeem the Nachos unless I am at the store. The whole reason I ordered through the app was so I didn't have to go In the restaurant. Then I get to the store, I ordered at and the system doesn't even have the order and they said it never went through even though my card was charged. I don't think I will ever come back or recommend this company.

It's a nice app but the location nearest me (Provo) doesn't accept online takeout orders, so what's the point of this app when you already have a website that's basically a carbon copy of your app? I'd be happy to give the app five stars if I could actually order takeout. BTW, there is a sign in the Provo that says customers can order online. I've tried for several months and it never allows me to.
