Tried to install several times without success. I cleared the Play Store cache, restarted the phone and nothing worked. Finally decided to try switch off "App protection" is settings and worked.

"This app isn't compatible with your device anymore" Give me a break! It is not compatible with a 4 yo smartphone anymore because of a bug fix. You cannot be serious! ... and yes, you can fix bugs without making it incompatible! Of course SDK junkies are not able to do this ... I really liked the app and the dynamic hourly pricing, but with this ridiculous behavior, I'm tempted to leave Tibber again. Sorry guys, I'm not buying a new smartphone just to tun your app!

In general its a good app. Would love to be able to add other users to a smart home which is a very basic feature these days. Right now the account owner would have to share their login credentials to give access to other users. Hence the 2 stars.

Not so smart charging. I have both an integrated EV and one that's not "integrated". Switching between smart charging the two is a complete mess, and most of the time the app has no idea which is supposed to charge until after the app has been restarted 3 - 4 times. I had a dialog with support a couple of months ago and was promised a fix, but none apparent so far. Even though other parts of the app work well this makes for an overall frustrating experience.

Lousy app. Registration flow is broken. During registration, one of the screens "select your home" requires text input without explanation, and whatever I fill in, it says "postcode can't be verified". Sometimes it displays another (2nd) text field. No way to get past it. Not worth trying!

These guys know what they're doing. The app is well made and easy to use with a decent set of features that can be extended by numerous "power-ups" (optional add-ons) such as Tibber Pulse to obtain live data about current power consumption. Home Assistant integration, freely accessible API to really DIY, lots of supported devices for things like car chargers, heaters, hue ... the list is long. And they're not ripping you off. They really seem like a trustworthy company, and highly competent.

The app is great and a lot of fun. I had some trouble to connect the pulse to my phone (Android) due to a bug. I just got a call from an tibber employee. He kinda fixed the problem and helped me out how to connect the pulse to my electricity meter. That was a special customer service experience. Not disappointed anymore ;).
