I was charged $1090 for a $350 passage. The app seemingly has no way to query these issues or any way to be refunded. App is also very slow and takes hours to reflect a top up.

I really liked this app. It provided convenient options for top up and for keeping track of activities with vehicle and toll. BUT NOW, when I open the app, it makes it past the intro screen, and then it just keeps loading, loading, and loading. Fix the issues, and maybe I will change my rating.

What's the purpose of the app if it never works. Same issue for months. Log in to the app then given error msgz no matter what button/tab is chosen. Tried logging in online, I'm sent back to the sign-in screen however when I do deliberately put in the wrong credentials it acknowledges I've put in the wrong credentials. Grand waste of time. If it can't be fixed then revert to the simple online system that existed before.

I love the convenience of this app when it does work. But pray tell me, why is it down so often? Your testers should be consistently checking the security, protocols and coding to allow for more up time than downtime. Additionally, a notice to email regarding the inability to load should be sent prior to our having to ask. I hope reliability becomes more important in the very near future.

Challenging. Whatever you do make sure what you filled up on your application form is what you put in No chnaging names or Making corrections in this app. In the end, had to just re-register with a different email address. And forget adding cards... Wont do it unless you go through the payments/top up option. So if you want to add a card you have to pay each time. It works I guess but not easy.

This app & the website are trash. The transactions are not going through & I was even charged a POS fee of over $30 for a $2 verification transaction when I used a specific bank card. All the app & website do is charge verification amounts & when you try to verify the amount, they still don't process the top transaction you initiated. The old website topup was top tier compared to this trash app & new website.

Installed successfully and topped up. Not sure why it requires USB debugging to be off, so anyone having trouble make sure you go into developer settings on Android and turn that off. For the development team - it doesn't allow you to add a space between your first and Last name for the payment card. In case this causes validation issues you should get that fixed

Update: It's working quite well now. Unable to sign up because it's giving an error - invalid credentials. This is just literally signing up to create an account. I will adjust my review when I can actually register and use the service. I also tried registering via browser and the same error.
