App no longer connects, TBB Fiber customers need to use the CommandIQ app now... would have been nice if they at least sent us a notification about this instead of having to find out the hard way.

Doesn't work properly. Doesn't show what's actually connected. Ip address isn't provided. I have devices connected on my phone to what's supposedly the same network, but the IP addresses are different as if someone has switched the router and connected my devices to someone else's router. The customer service isn't honest about the situation either

Doesn't work. Doesn't show any devices & it lets you control nothing. The customer service is completely lacking. No one can help me with the app or seems to care to. Half of the reason I chose this Internet provider was for the control but without the app I have none.

Great app to check your bill and pay it. I wish I could request to have/have the water turned off and back on through the app. Faucet is broken and leaking but I still have to pay an $80+ bill. Nobody is saying what they will do to fix it.

This app lacks customer service badly there is no help or customer service on it. The app is difficult to use and it stopped working to days after I downloaded it. I still have not gotten any help yet after I sent tombigbee a email hummm🤔🤔
