No idea . NET10 cannot seem to send a verification email. Same thing on their website. Website has never worked well. I was going to buy a new phone, site shows phones are available. When you enter the phone number or zip it shows none available. Click incorrectly and it routes you to simple mobile. Does NET10 still exist? Is the awful programming an effort to push clients to simple mobile? Why is a different cell phone company advertising on net10's website. This app though? Not working at all

The issue of card info not remaining in the app. isnt an issue anymore. my previous statement of it not was an old concern. I just updated the rating 'but forgot to erase the comment' of that. This already updated version of the app. is ok. but I like previous versions which had many convenient features and its on screen layout of the app. this layout is good to.

Can't receive email verification even when I am assisted through customer service. They have no idea how to get the email sent to me so I can verify and get into the app to pay for my service. This is ridiculous and a huge pain, everyone in my family uses Net10 and we are probably going to switch providers due to this inconvenience.

Ever since I have downloaded the app again on my new cell phone I have not been Able to login into my account which absolutely sucks because I really do like the company and have had my cell phone service through them for many years now. If it was not for the login trouble I have been having I would definitely recommend but not until they fix the login issues I have been having.

after i changed phones which was an identical andrioid i attempted over 20 times to recieve email verifications to activate the app, never got an email verication code after 20 tries and uninstalling and reinstalling the app and settings in my phone and nothing worked. my previous phone which i stated was identical had no problem with the myaccount app. ive tried customer service several times and they were clueless, im thinking about moving on to a new carrier iun the comming months .

I try to open my account with my password. The program rejects my password, and tells me "Please reset your password." I reset the password, and then it tells me, "Your account has been locked for multiple failed attempts. To unlock, please reset your password from forgot password on the login screen." My attempts just keep going around and around. The programmers who set up this algorithm are apparently inadequately trained. I am going to switch to Tmobile.

This is not a question, it's a complaint! Since the beginning of the month I have had nothing but problems with my internet. I am paying for 10 gigs of high speed data but what is high speed if the data shuts off every few minutes and I have to wait 10 minutes before my data is back on. I have called several times to solve the problem but it has done no, good. It took 3 days for my "high speed" data to download a 2 gig movie I bought on Google. Now my high speed data is used up and the internet

I've been a net10 customer for almost a year. I think the service is okay but what annoys me is that I can't ever get into my account. I have points saved up but when I want to use them I can't seem to figure out how to redeem them. It's just a big mess. Not only that but I purchased my phone thru them and it works well but what is really frustrating is that i can be in the middle of doing something on my phone and randomly tik tok opens up. Over and over again. It is kind of a pain.
