CS response took OVER ONE HOUR. I have genuinely never seen such horrible customer service. They are pretty responsive before I paid but when it's time to check in they suddenly are too busy. I have tried contacting by phonecall, by whatsapp, live chat, etc. None of them replied. I can say for sure I will never use this app again and be warning everyone else to NOT USE TRAVELIO.

It took more than 2 hours for me to check in although i paid Everything 2 days before. The unit photo and current situation didn't match at all. The whole team is filled by unprofessional worker, it's mess up. This is the first and the last thing i use the app. If you appreciate your time, money and most important, SANITY. Keep away from this app. It's horrible.

customer service non existent, it's litteraly impossible to contact anyone from the app, only a useless bot will answer you and only in indonesian language 😂 I booked twice and even the check in doesn't go smoothly because you can't contact anyone when you arrive the apartment building, you can only hope the room boy will contact you in time, wasn't the case for me. I had to pay high electricity bill last month because the air conditioner didn't work well but I couldn't contact anyone to repair

Very bad experience, the staff very eager to get me onboard as a partner to rent my unit through their app. Once I signed up, everything goes south. What worse is, they advertise my unit on their app, with the price that I'm not agreed with. The customer service is a joke. Already alert the account manager immediately, sending whatsapp, email, etc, and no response, ZERO URGENCY, and now, some guest already booked my unit, with the price that I didn't agreed with. Someone should cover the gap!

0/10 Worst experience ever. When I arrived, the AC didn't work and took a week to fix after 3 missed appointments where no technician showed up. Throughout my stay, there were constant extreme noise issues from neighbors. Their so-called "customer support" is completely useless—they ignore you or provide unrelated answers. Never in my life have I experienced this before. Try contacting building management directly for rental or using another app. I strongly advise against using this app.

Bad experience slow res from CS. Didn't get my deposit yet after 30days checkout. They keep telling me i haven't paid the electrical and water billing for several times. Which i already paid the bill even i paid the bill for the same period twice, cause they ask for it 🫤. Disappointed.

By far the worst app I have ever used. Their app or internet site could not let me book for 4 hours in mid day. After I finally reach the payment screen it said you session is expired. I try to pay with my bookings part but pay now button not working. Just close that company or sell it someone who understand coding.
