Overall it is a good app. Easy to use. Nice to have all of my info in one place. Recently had some trouble with password reset. Was not redirected to the password reset screen when using my default browser. It worked with Chrome.

I have a recommendation for 20 physical therapy sessions. The app won't allow me to make more than three appointments in the future, have to go through call center. Call center informs me they're covered by my subscription and they are scheduled. I get there on the day, I cannot check in from the app for some reason. The physical therapist informs me that they're not covered by my subscription, I only get a discount. I call support, they tell me the same, they're not covered anywhere.

It was working fine until the last update. Now, everytime I open it, it says Welcome back and then makes me input my credentials every single time. This is so frustrating I stopped using it since last week. It is easier to just call the call center to make an appointment....

The application worked perfect until it didn't. It logs me out every evening or so, so I have to log in every day when I need to use the app. It's annoying as I don't receive notifications about my apointments.

Recommendations suddenly dissappear and you have to pay for everything. 0 constraints when you create an appointment based on a recommendation. Will either use call center or search for a different provider. Update I already have a ticket open on your platform. You said it would take 2-3 days. It's already 2 weeks.

Very straightforward and intuitive. Everything looks good and well cathegorised. You can repeat the same lab tests without too much of a chore. The problem lies with the clinic personnell, whom unfortunately cannot see the exact tests you have checked and you need to take out your phone and scroll through them and read them to the operator one by one.

Easy to create new, and surf within past and future medical appointments. Some improvements are though needed: 1) when i create a new appointment, the app doesn't remember the city and district, and i always need to input then again. The residence data should be pre-filled. 2) the app creates an entry in my calendar, which is useful. But it should also contain the MEDICAL CENTER and the medical specialty. And even more useful would be, if possible, to set a notification 1 h before.

Generally, very user friendly, i like the on-line appointments, check-in or cancellation and the history of investigations and results. I'd like to have the possibility to search for the doctor i want to make an appointment to, before showing the available or wanted dates. It is annoying to have to check at every date, if the preferred doctor has an available slot.
