the answering service if there is an issue text message and tells you someone will call you back don't hold your breath or they tell you like I have been told that I could go to another parking location elsewhere. there's only one person that I have personally spoke with at the company that does her job very well if she's not in the office don't look for any help

This app does not work well at all. The first time I used it, it would not let me into the lot to get my truck on the last day of storage. I had to pay for another day to get in, and them when I saw my credit card bill - it had charged me for TWO extra days! I'm trying to use it again now for a 10 day stay and have entered the start and end days properly on the calendar. But when I get to the next page - the entered end date is gone, and instead it show s the end date as "No end date" - like they are going to keep charging me forever!! I redid it three times - it keeps changing the end date to "no end date" Given my past experience - I think it will keep charging me forever! After going through the payment page it did charge the correct amount - but without showing the correct date. Sorry to say this, but it is not ready for primetime. It has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed before you force people to use it.

It doesn't allow you to conduct a search. It keeps saying to put in the correct place even though you already have. In the profile setting it does not allow you to put in your payment info. Or create your home spot. Keeps saying to select spot number even though you already have also. Poor app. To many bugs.

My first time using this app. I booked a spot for 4 nights which ended up being a bobtail spot. I noticed someone was already in that spot. So I booked another spot which I quickly learned was for tractor AND trailer. I called customer service, a lady answered. I explained the issue of paying for multiple spots, for 4 days each and that someone was in the spot I booked when I arrived. The woman sounded sympathetic and said she'd have someone from billing contact me. STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incomplete app. There's no record a receipt of payment inside the app it only tells you the date that you're going to check in and check out no time so I'm assuming it's 24 hours of parking per payment and it allows you to overbook a spot I booked the spot I got there somebody else book The Spot was already parked in it🤦🏾 I called in let them know what the situation was they told me to pick another spot give them the number I did that the app never updated my parking spot🤦🏾🤦🏾

The app charges your card with out showing you a summary or any explanation of what you are getting. There is no way to reach any customer support and the lots have no employees. The open gate function stops working for the lot early in the morning next day and then there is no way to leave the lot except by adding another day. This happened to me at 10am. The app and email confirmation don't mention by what time you have to leave the lot. Really awful.

In Ruskin, the spot you actually reserve is often taken but I always just picked an open spot and nobody has complained. Calling the number for help is useless, I've tried half a dozen times. There's always a spot open when I need, which is why I use it. Biggest issue I have is you do NOT even get 24 hours for the high price of $18/day. Only a porta potty and gravel lot. Even if you reserve @ 11pm, it runs out when the sun rises & you gotta pay another $18 to get your truck @10am.

I was excited to find a place close to a regular customer but it wants permission to take photos and video and access to my photos. I denied those permissions and the app says it can't be opened. Why do you need to be able to take photos and video and view my photos in order for me to use your app?
