They discontinued the bus tracking app and have yet to replace it. The Lynx website has a notice from last year that says: "Keep your eyes peeled for the NEW LYNX PAW PASS APP, set to launch in early 2024. With this app, you'll be able to easily purchase and manage digital passes, track your bus route, and much more!" We divest and divest, just to make things worse for commuters. Then they say that public transit doesn't work. Well no shis it doesn't work when you refuse to fund it properly!!

Well at the time of me writing this review, the app is working the way it is supposed to work. I just had to verify my email but that was a smooth process. I was expecting the email not to send because of the reviews. For a while, you couldn't use the app for transfer tickets. I am giving 4 instead of 5 because they took way too long to fix the issue with transfer tickets. I don't ride the bus much but I do know that it was messed up for over a year.

this app is good but it contionusly logs me out and I think it should have a option to add biometrics to the app for a better login. (The busses should have a contactless payment option when paying on bus as well.) Also a new bus route just started (route 311 from MCO to Disney Springs and I did not have an option to purchase a ticket for this route which was upsetting because I didnt know if I had exact change in my wallet.) Please add this route to the app.
Simple Things
Bus tickets cannot be purchased on paw pass because apparently email addresses must be verified by everybody. To verify your email address you have to go to a separate website. So I went to that website and followed the verification instructions. Result was pretty much what I expected, it wouldn't verify my email address. So I'm back to having to use cash. Apparently upgrading apps makes them unusable!

This Is the worst experience I have had trying to install the pawpass app that I was never able to install to my phone but to playstore. I changed the email several times as well as password and all it did after all said and done froze up and this is with several of your people trying to help me. So I will continue to pay cash and call in my rides because you have made it most difficult. I have lyft and Uber and they are nothing like your useless app Thank you for an app that is too involved to

App works slow. Its annoying to have search through the entire list of routes which makes boarding complicated and time consuming. Why not just have a qr code to recognize purchase? Keep it simple!!! The star rating is due to my tickets not showing up in the app after downloading the app in my new phone. They told me I had to manually swap my tickets. I keep getting an error message and cant swap my passes . 🤯😤

Was finally working fine in may, now I'm not able to use the app at all due to not being able to verify my email. I was never sent anything for email verification nor was there any time I had to do so. This whole central florida bus system needs to be updated and reconstructed because why!? Why do you guys make it difficult for everyone who just use public transport, I'm sick of it!

I get an error and won't plan my travel. I plan on visiting the convention center area and would like to rely on an app that would help me get around your Fair City. When I fill out either the two or from it asks if I own the web page. That's a weird error. Then when I try to open Google maps it really errors out says it can't open the web page. Just a meaningless app.
