I love turning point but this app needs work. I'm listening to the radio program and it suddenly cuts out, nothing. No sound. I try to go back to the program and use the slider bar to jump back to where it was playing but it won't skip ahead. Please fix these issues. I'm using a pixel 8 pro with the newest addition of Android.

Ever since the upgrade or so called update, all the app does is freeze. You can hardly get to open any of the teaching or radio services. Tried reinstalling and to no avail. I'm sure many followers are going through the same situation. What a shame! Will you please have your app designer/troubleshooter do something to fix it! Sometimes we need to hear a sermon again. Don't let the enemy stop Dr. Jeremiah from preaching the Word of God even through an app!!

2/27/2024: I enjoyed this app until about 2 weeks ago. Now every time I try to open it, it defaults back to my home screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 different times. Even turned my phone off a couple minutes between one of them. It has been an exercise in futility. 4/16/2024: I reinstalled the app a month or so ago. It was working fine. I could navigate through the recent devotions. This morning when I tapped the morning devotion it froze. Opened and closed app several times.

Very buggy app keeps telling me I need to subscribe then gives me an error saying I'm already subscribed, which I am (or was) and sticks on a rotating circle. So I cannot listen to anything. When I was able to listen to anything it was constantly stopping and freezing, also no longer able to go back a full month on radio broadcasts. Very disappointed overall. 😞

I first reviewed this app after the redesign in September. The app provides great content when it works and the old app while not perfect worked well. The new design, when it works, is very slow to load due to it's preloading requirement and less convenient to use unless you only want the first option they list. With the last updates it has finally become unusable. So sad, I used this app everyday for years. If nothing changes, I'm really going to miss it.

For years I have listened to radio messages each day, received Turning Point magazine, watched messages on TV, ordered many books....all of which have become a very important part of my devotional life! I still enjoy all of these, except for the app which is useless to listen to daily radio messages! I have an Android phone & this is the only app I use that will not let me do anything after listening to the message EXCEPT LISTEN TO IT AGAIN, can't get out of app, have to power phone off!

I can't hardly navigate through it. Not sure why. I had to exit the app then go back into it to get pass the ads for "Why the Nativity". Then there is one message and I can't get the thumbnails to move. So it is one message. Not sure if it is my phone or they just want money to (They do, since they asked for it several times) use the app.

I love the content and been blessed by listening for a couple of years already. BUT the new App is NOT at all working well. Prior to last update, it kept crashing when on Listen/Radio probably due to the Add On constantly running in the background (What for? We're not looking at it anyway). Then the latest update is preventing me from choosing not to allow location monitoring. I'm really sad because my husband and I often listen thru this app for our frequent long drives. Will surely miss it!
