It's a nightmare trying to get into my account now. Warning do not change your phone number if you have them because it's a nightmare to get back into your account since it requires a stupid code get texted instead of just username and password. Also I tried calling them weeks ago to fix this problem it never got fixed even though they told me it got fixed. Great I may have to leave and go to a different insurance plan. Not bad coverage it's just stuff like this is a pain.

Hard to imagine how app could be worse Doesn't login often Crops out major information when uploading pictures for new claims Doesn't allow pdf upload for new claims Only allows one picture for new claims It's slow It's buggy and often times out Overall one of the worst apps I've ever used period. They should seriously either get more competent coders because this is horrible. Use the website in your web browser instead.

Gets stuck after login attempt, then gives some generic error after some time. Update: looks like app restricted to login from some countries, works well with US VPN first. Features are limited, e.g. there is no Messaging that is available only on Web Portal. Country Intel also seem to be outdated.

Scary! Don't trust this, don't trust anything on this play store without recording everything about it. Downloading, sign up, first email, review, first time you open the app, and email. Plus do yourself a favor and watch a YouTube video of others reviewing the exact same app of the same year. Also check like Santa Claus, twice that you have the same version and permissions because they will pull a quick slight of the hands and the next thing you know you can't get them out of your phone.

There's no way to upload images as it needs media or file access on my phone, but only options are for camera and location...

Worst APP and worst website. Their customer numbers don't work. Why 5 zeros required before login. Why sms or otp send to mobile to reset password...With difficult in app to login, are they trying not to allow users to raise claims or use their service when in urgent.? What IRDA doing...Why we go for this company service. Don't go for this insurance. Corporate companies should find better service provider. Health emergencies can't wait.

Has been saying "unknown error" since I started using the App. The previous APP before the "upgrade" (which was a DOWNGRADE) APP was forced on us worked flawlessly for years. Their "fix" was to call in and order by item number, reciting each number & quantity instead of putting my order in and hitting submit. Went from a 10 minute max to a 20 minute minimum ordeal to order what I need since you have to ask the representative to repeat what they're saying 3 or 5 times.

I downloaded the app and went step by step to set up my account, but after I did that, every time I try to and get logged in, my password gets denied, the app kept telling me that my account info is not correct, i deleted the app and went back a couple of days later, and downloaded the app, and still couldn't get in, my password is not correct, so I ended up calling UHC
