The app itself is buggy, glitchy and full of bugs. The server is always overloaded and the options tab in the app is not user friendly at all. The clocking tab is always having error where it states 'Turn on location data' even when location is on and permitted. Half your time at work is spent on rectifying your clocking time on the app which causes inconvenience and lateness when reporting to work despite already present for work.

I cant sign in. It says that i already signed in another device which is weird. I only use one device which is my current phone only for unit4. Please fix this

Not able to login. It keep saying ' Your account has already signed in using another device'... Was working well before i logout. And am using same device

Logging in daily with OTP is a chore, there should be option to remain signed in.

I hate this app so much but my company made us use this. I can't clock in on time... It always says "Please turn on Location services and restart application". My location info is on! It doesn't detect our location, it takes time to load and I can't submit my clocking time when the prompt does appear. I want to throw my phone in frustration.

Very bad experience. Unable to clock in and out! this is a wasting time app. Cant even detect the location properly and auto log out itself, and Im using 5G singtel network. Pls update and improve your app, dont satisfied with this standard. Really bad experience!
