Their support and service is fast and friendly without a match in my expetience. So blessed by it. I thank God! God bless bless them in Jesus name, Amen. The support behind a product is as important as the product. I downloaded the App in August 2020 and purchased two manuals since then. I have engaged them twice on two different issues and both times the issue was resolved promptly. Truly their response in resolving issues is unmatched. Engage them on their email. God Bless.

The manuals are not opening again, I have uninstalled and installed the app several times and it's still not working. I paid for rccg yaya and adult manuals for this year and even last year too. I started using it and noticed that it stopped working since last week

As a Sunday school teacher, I struggle with this app a lot. My latest struggle sees the app crashing over the weekend and I couldn't teach in church. I removed the app and reinstalled it, the crash has stopped but I'm unable to open the Sunday school manual. Clicked the button to download the manual/open it but nothing happens. I might have to go back to 1987 and buy the Sunday school manual in paper version as this app is unusable for me

The user interface is terrible will not show all the content of the material, I bought Sunday school manual and was struggling with how to get the full content as it won't scroll, part of the content was tuck up in the header and footer. So I deleted it so as to download it again, surprisingly I am asked to pay another 4GBP to download it again. I wish there is negative star😡😡

The process of purchase was very easy but the upper part of the e-manual is covered, I cannot read what is there. If this is how it should be then I just purchased a half manual. Update: Yes I was on full screen but I have figured out how to view the upper part. At least I can read the full page now.

Too many bugs. I registered with Facebook details. Now I can no longer log in with Facebook. Because of this I could not access the Sunday School Manual to prepare for the lesson. Update - Facebook login bug now fixed. Team were fantastic in getting in touch via email and advising each step of the process.

I don't understand this app, after purchase of the Sunday School teacher manual, the app has stopped working and I uninstalled and reinstalled it giving error that I have used up all the login available for the device, the same device the same login. What a disappointment. The was fixed after my last reviewed. It is working now.

Bad app. Doesn't open always. Have to uninstall and reinstall again and again for use. Finally, when it's opened, the first and last few line(s) are missing so you can't make sense of the outline. Even free apps ain't this flawed. We need to fix this brethren. This is appalling.
